We start by defining the core responsibilities and qualifications for the role. Our team has created a detailed job description that outlines what we’re looking for in a candidate. This description will help you understand the key skills and experience needed for the position.

Sourcing & Recruiting
Once we’ve crafted the job description, we actively seek out candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our professional networks. We also encourage employee referrals. We aim to attract a diverse pool of talented individuals who meet our criteria.

Screening & Shortlisting
After receiving applications, we review resumes to identify candidates who align closely with the job requirements. This includes an initial assessment to ensure a good match. If your application is shortlisted, we’ll reach out to you for a preliminary phone or video interview to discuss your background and interest in the role further.

Interviewing & Assessment
If you progress to the next stage, we will invite you to participate in in-depth interviews. These may include behavioral and technical questions, as well as practical exercises relevant to the role. This stage helps us understand your skills, experience, and fit within our team.

Decision & Offer
After completing the interviews and assessments, our team will review all candidate feedback and make a decision. If you are selected, we will extend a formal job offer that includes details about the salary, benefits, and other terms of employment. Once you accept the offer, we will begin the onboarding process to welcome you to our team.

Employees in full time roles, typically benefit from at least 24 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays. Over time holiday entitlements increase with part-time staff enjoying pro-rata holiday benefits.
